have to gain weight FAST and need serious help

Hi.
I've been doing workouts for 6months now. when i started i was just bones with some skin over them. i gained about 30 pounds now and weigh about 150 pounds now. my goal is 190-200 pounds. i wanna get there as fast as possible. the problem is, my weight gain doesn't go as fast any more as before. so now i need some help to make it faster again. i've been taking creatine, weight gainer and protines right from the start. i always started to take more and more. and 1 month ago i got kinda sick. i can't eat anymore i always have to "almost throw up" when eating. i made a blood analysis and some values are bigger than normal, like Fe (iron) for example, i don't know the other values by heart. all this started when i started to take phosphagen hp and cell tech together (both are creatine products) and went to gym 5 days a week doing each body part on another day. so it might be the creatine that made be sick or can it be something else? before i only took cell tech and went 3 days a week to gym. so i'll probably have to leave one of them out. which one should i leave out? cell tech or phosphagen hp? oh, and btw: my weight gainer is weight gainer 1850 (GNC) and my protines are called isopure.

Now another question:
Many people say you have to eat 6 real meals a day. this is faaar too much for me. i just can't eat that much. so what should i do? at the moment my day looks like this:
wake up at 6 am. and eat breakfast (without any supplements like weight gainer). at 1pm i eat lunch. right after lunch i eat some "calorie bombs" like cake and a banana. then i take weight gainer and phosphagen. 2-3 hrs later i go to gym. after gym i take cell tech + phosphagen and protines. then late at nigh (10-11pm) i try to eat something else (bread with ham or so). before i go to bed i take another protine drink.
now my doctor says i shouldn't eat after 9 or 10pm. so should i leave out those meals after 10pm (bread + ham and the protine drink)?
if i left them out, i wouldn't get enough food for the day, right?
so what can i do?
take a weight gainer after lunch? eat during school between 8am and 1pm? take additional weight gainer after workout along with creatine and protines?
any suggestions? i really need your help!
the problem is, i can't eat too much in the morning and if i eat during school, i can't eat too much for lunch later at 1pm.

Another question: how much protine can my body take at once and fully use? someone told me if i eat more than 50g of protine at once, the body can't use all of it and it would be a waste...is that right?

And how much can a very ectomorph person (like me) gain in a year? am i able to gain about 25 pounds in a year with supplements?

Hope someone can help me out, i'd really appreciate it! thanks in advance!

Basic forumula for weight gain = eat more calories than you burn. If you cant suck it up and learn to eat you aren't going anywhere. The reason why you're having a harder time is because it requires mroe calories as you increase weight to gain. By eating 6 times a day you're not supposed to stuff your face to maximum fill each and every time, rather just try to keep yourself feeling mostly full for most of the day. And no, I don't think you should avoid eating after 10pm if your sole concern is weight gain. Use the "see-food" diet; if you see food, eat it. And it's not going to come overnight, but it's not like anyone's holding you at gunpoint either. So either get used to eating, or get used to 150. It's a nice, round number anyway.

Yes, the creatine could be contributing to your nausea when you eat. By your tone I'd guess your taking way too much.

6 meals a day is easy. Say you take in 3000 calories a day in three meals. Eating 6 meals does not necessarily mean doubling calories or the amount of food. It may only entail eating smaller, more frequent meals.

As for HAVING to gain SERIOUS weight FAST, I say you need to do lots of homework first. Learning to train and eat the right for quality weight gain TAKES TIME!

Respectfully, I doubt it. BUT, the sugar in both of those is Cell Tech=75 grams+Phosphagen=40 grams( thats 1 serving). Well over 100g of dextrose... I'd say thats a bit much for a 150 lb'er, don't you?

If you've only been working out for 6 months, you really need to stay away from the gear....you have much much more growing to do naturally. Sure the growing stops coming so rapidly, but it comes trust me.

I wish I had waited a little longer til I juiced...I lifted naturally from age 19-21...then juiced. I wish I'd waited until now b/c it would have been so much more effective.

Eat more. Train differently (ie powerlifting routines). Consider juice in about a year and a half.

Remember the golden rule that I learned a while back, if you want to be a 225 pounder, eat like a 225 pounder...

I'm not sure what your point is. Are you just contrasting the effects of creatine and dextrose, arguing that it is the dextrose and not the creatine making him sick?

I've had raw, high quality supplemental creatine make me nauseous as hell when consuming too high of a dose. I've had sugar do the same.

Either way you slice it he's consuming too much supplemental creatine/sugar.

Ok, let's assume both creatine products together are too much (either the creatine or the dextrose). so i'll leave on of them out now. but which one? is cell tech or phosphagen better? phosphagen doesn't have anything that potentiates insulin, so cell tech is probably better, or not? but my doctor means that the alpha lipoic acid in cell tech might make me sick. so should i better go for cell tech (if it's better than phosphagen, i'd try it out even if it has alpha lipoic acid in it) or phosphagen?
if i went for phosphagen i'd take it twice a day (once before and once after workout), giving me a total of 11g of creatine.
if i went for cell tech, i'd take it once after workout, giving me 10g of creatine.

And now to the eating part again:
What would you think about that:
6am: breakfast + weight gainer
10am: some kind of chocolate-cereal-sticks (or however you call that)
1pm: lunch + banana + "calorie bomb (cake)" + phosphagen (if i take it instead of cell tech). now this eating "stage" might take till 3pm or so because i can't eat all that at once!!!
5pm: go to gym
7pm: come back from gym and take cell tech / phosphagen + protines + weight gainer
10-11pm: bread + ham
12pm: protines and go to bed

I'm not sure about taking the weight gainer in the morning or after lunch. if i take it after lunch, i have more energy for workout but i have to eat hell a lot in this time. if i take it in the morning, i won't have to eat that much during lunch time.
And i also don't know if it's a bit late if i go to bed at 12pm (or is it am?). this only gets me 6hrs of sleep. is that enough? but if i went to bed earlier, i would have to leave out bread + ham or the protine drink at night.

I'd go with phosphagen HP. It's got 33 grams of sugar - what you need to spike insulin, shuttle creatine into your cells, and make the supplement effective. Cell-tech is a good product but the price is jacked way too high. 10 grams of creatine is plenty for your weight (despite what many think). Breaking up dosages into two is good.

As for your diet, oh boy. I'll let someone else tale over from here...

oh, i forgot to tell you about the loading stage when i firstly took both cell tech and phosphagen. i took cell tech twiche a day and phosphagen 4 times a day (like it said on the packages). that's a total of 40g of creatine a day...in this time all i did was lying sick in my bed, eating and going to gym. maybe this loading stage killed me? but if i hadn't done the loading stage correctly, it wouldn't have been as effective, right?

@SilentMethod:
would you take cell tech instead of phosphagen, if it was cheaper? i don't look at prices, i just want the best stuff i can get to gain weight as effective as possible.
