Have any of you girls tried CellTech?

Nope, from what I hear it's just alot of hype and a TON of sugar. I won't go near that stuff just because of the sugar. I don't know how effective ALA is, but that is also what is in it other than the sugar to make the transport more effective. i'd rather take straight creatinge monohydrate and pop some ALA pills, if ALA really makes it more effective.

Why CellTech? Why not EAS or another brand...other than that Greg Kovacs grew from his CellTech usage:finger:

If you buy any supplements...don't go to GNC

I used it for a short time. I retained a lot of water but it all went away after I stopped taking it. It helped me as far as lifting more, but that could have just been because I was very certain to drink a gallon of water a day while I was on it. So maybe the increased strength was from being hydrated. I bought it at the PX (post exchange, Army) so it was way cheaper than GNC.

Not a girl, but I have used CellTech, and was very unhappy with it. WAY too much sugar! I took it a couple of times before doing something athletic, and after about an hour I was dragging myself around.... Probably not the greatest usage for it, but if you take it in the morning as is often done on non-training days, you are likely to experience the same thing...
