Personally, I love em. Eat em dry, cooked, cold, whatever. How else will I get in 4-5 cups a day. However, while at the local nutrition store, I stumbled across this cereal that is 100% whole grain puffs. Made from oats. If you spray some of that spray butter on them and sprinkle splenda over the top, they are just as good as kellogs smacks!! 0 sugar and only 12g of carbs per CUP! So its a perfect diet food too! Although they wont fill you up like oats do, they are an extremly nutrional snack.breakfast meal!!!
