Has the changing of seasons caused a change to your workouts?

i think naturally most people switch up there workouts when the seasons change weather they realize it or not.... i always try to hit my workouts hard but i notice its alot eaiser to spend extra time in the gym when its winter and nothing much else to do outside then when its summer outside and you got your buddys going to the beach the pool fishing ect... or most people do bulking cycles in winter and cutting cycles right before summer so they can look good at the beach...

I prefer to cycle during the winter living in a very hot part of the US. its not only cooler in the gym, but its cooler when i sleep at night. i tend to sweat more on cycle and be generally hotter

on the flipside people who live in very cold climates might not be able to make it to the gym if the roads are iced up, so to them it would be more difficult to cycle during the winter

Winters get cold and dark where I live and there are definitely evenings where it takes a lot of "digging" deep for me to get to the gym. I change up my routine a bit and don't do as much cardio. I also joined the little work gym so I could do some of it during the day as well. It's small and old but so much better then going out in the -35 some nights.
