i gained probably 3-4lbs in 10 weeks of legit muscle (gained alot more but water fat etc)
sense of well being is good and gains are subjective. if your natty youll be impressed if youve used gear then i dont think you will be impressed.
i put on some decent keepable muscle using osta and s4. waiting to start another cycle of osta and s4 soon. never used steroids so i cant make any comparisons.
I did 2 ostarine cycles last year for 12 weeks a piece and I just started one this year. Strength gains are ok but it definitely helps my joints and tendons pain wise. I'd say I put on maybe 6-8lbs of muscle total with both cycles. Compared to results from a test cycle it doesn't hold a flame but it's better than anything you will find at GNC.
I'm using it on a cut this time so we will see how it goes. Down to 235lbs from 255lbs in 5 weeks so far though and my strength hasn't decreased much if at all which is impressive. Especially considering I only eat 1700 calories a day 6 days a week with one massive refeed per week (around 5000 calories).
