Hardgaining

I have been lifting about 8months now and gained about 5lbs .... i wanted to know if you can recommend any good supplements. At present im only on EAS creatine & Whey Protein ... any ideas ... r these products 2 expensive/crap? Budget is an issue as i am a student, i only have time for around 3 meals aday, so the other 3 need to b supplemented. Deepest Regards

This is bull. You are asking for supplement info but you have a limited budget! Spend what money you can on real food! Tuna and eggs are not expensive. They are excellent protein sources. Wheat bread, fruit, rice and oatmeal are not expensive and are good carb sources. Egg yolke and nuts are good fat sources and not expensive.

There is always time to squeeze in 5 minutes to eat a quick meal. Make it a sandwhich if necessary.

Forget about supps for now until your diet is perfect.

peanut butter, very calorie dense, inexpensive and taste great, I eat it w/ a spoon right out the jar. Go through 3 jars a week. Watch what happens. Get you a spotter to drive you way past failure.
