You'll use a copious amount of weight on the egg diet it's code word for (LOW CARB DIET) cause you're body is going in to ketosis. Eggs are almost the foundation to a low carb diet. If your going to try it you might as well keep on eating all meats, and fat, along with green veggies, ha even pork rinds if your heart pleases. You'll lose all the weight in the world. But I'm telling you brother. About a 35% of that weight is going to be muscle. It could pay off if you have big amounts of fat to lose though.
