I changed my 'cheat' day this week to today instead of yesterday... holy cow, people, I ate a LOT but I still put it into fitday. *sigh*
So I'm still being pushed to start a log -- days like today make me feel too embarassed to do so. Although there was some consolation in the fact that I came home FEELING 10 lbs heavier -- but then looked in the mirror and said "PHEW! I'm still hot, thank God!"
J/K. Ulter feels I'm not ready yet for a total downright, very restricted BB diet... but I have a goal to get to 165 by June 2nd for big time job interview stuff (I'm moving this summer). I'm sitting at 173 right now... not sure if I can make it. I think I'll start my own log in a day or two (once I get home from vacation) and see if anyone reads it...

You are too cute! I'm happy to report I sat through dinner & watched everyone eat, my poppa's famous stuffing it to die for ... 100 X better than ANPB on a cutting diet.. & an hour later, I sat & ate my chicken, greens, & taterck2006 said:

That was easier than I thought. I am proud of myself !
That is awesome my goal was no chocolate or jelly beans and I did it. and my meals were good, though ate too many nuts. But it is ok, back on track tomorrow had a good work out and run so it makes up for it!
