Hand-held calculator

Does anyone know of a good hand-held calorie calculator? Similar to fitday, but something you can take with you anywhere you go.

I do not have access to a pc as readily as I used to since starting my new job. There are days when I can't log on at all. By the time I get to a pc to log it in fitday, it's too late to do me much good. I'm in desperate need to get back on the clean-eating wagon and I think this could really help. Any suggestions and/or experience with a comparable hand-held device? More specifically, does anyone have any experience with this one I found online, or is there something better out there? http://www.calorie-counter-chart.com/

Thanks gals :)

I know you can download Fitday & Calorie King to a PDA.....maybe get a PDA to carry around with you??

Sorry to butt into the women's forum, but Jen has the best option. Also most IPAQ PDA's have built-in sound and can double as an MP3 player.

Why not just write everything down in a cheap notebook and then input it when you get a chance?

I do that now but sometimes I can't put it in until late at night, after I've already had about 4 meals. By then, my macros or cals are usually off of where I want them. I just need something to use as a guide during the day, not after the fact.

I am not sure why you have this issue if your meals are pre-planned and timed????

If you do the macro workup BEFORE and THEN prepare and plan your meals - then you should know EXACTLY what you are eating everyday ... before you even eat it.
