13 week Contest Cut/Prep
Starting August 1st for an October 31st (and November 4th) deadline target date.
Doing it for me. Doing it for a coworker that is doing a show at that time, doing it for, so far, six clients that decided if I am gonna do it, so are they.
13 weeks out starts Monday at midnight. No bullshit, no excuses, no second guesses.
Dont take this wrong but this is about documenting some progress of my own and some clients/friends that are on the bus with me, not about anything else. I hope it's not too boring, but this is a log, and a dialogue about the process, nothing else. I wont wax poetic here, I owe it to me and to anyone intersested to, at least on this thread, keep my signal to noise ratio at an absolute minimum.
In advance know that this is planned as calorie/carb cycling and simple, heavy lifting that follows the axiom: 'Intensity Breeds Density. Quantity Destroys Quality'. Minimal cardio time, maximal cardio intensity.
I am going to ask in advance that any negativity be left to other threads or PMs. If you have a beef with me, have at it, just not here. If you have any questions or constructive crit? Go for it, that's what makes you all so damn valuable. For real.
