Looking good bro, we're about the same size (I'm 200lbs right now at 5'10") How old are you, how long have you been lifting, and what kinda cycle(s) have you done?
I'm 26, and no cycles when those pics were taken. I'm currently using some var and really getting hard and strength is through the roof. I generally get pretty ripped in the summer and starting in May that's when the real goodies start(test/eq/winny). I wanted to build a solid base to work with before i start.
LOL, i don't do shrugs. I do really heavy dealifts and upright rows and really my traps and shoulders grow the fastest on my body. Legs are not slim the shadows make them look like that. They just arent defined at the moment. I will repost better pics.
and the doritos bulge is not actually from eating doritos(always eat clean) but too much damn carbs before i go to sleep. I really don't give a shit though since bulking season is upon me.
constructive criticism: Your chest is lagging....you've got decent biceps....back is laggin big time (especially lats) Legs look rather small and undefined.
