thebrakes said:no offense bro but that's some muddled information you're spouting.
5AR inhibitors should in theory act on all non-5AR steroids, including EQ, deca, dbol, tbol and of course test. most people find that it only has effects for test (obviously not ideal for deca as DHN is actually less androgenic)...although i used dutasteride while on high-dose test and EQ for ~30 weeks and i got very little, if any loss. i have shedded previously while using tbol, superdrol, 1-test, mestanolone (MDHT) and some legal tren analogues (max lmg), so i do have MPB.
primo is more often a hairline-killer than perhaps you realize - which makes sense considering it is a 5AR steroid. lots of guys with MPB report problems with primo. ditto for EQ, although it doesnt really make alot of sense considering EQ's very low affinity for the 5AR enzyme.
naturally, tren, winny, masteron, anadrol, halo, proviron will all cause problems if you're prone because they themselves bind to the androgen receptors in the scalp.
honestly the best choice is test with a 5AR inhibitor...because you KNOW you are blocking the chemical that causes the hairloss. everything else is kind of a crapshoot....and i have used alot of different things and found that test solo with dutasteride kept the hairloss at bay the best. if you have to kickstart - use prop. tbol might be ok for some, but it's VERY similar to dbol in regards to its ability to reduce via 5AR - the 4-chloro may have some interaction which prevents all of it, but the potential is still there.
I said finasteride will only work with test, meaning it will only prevent hair loss with test. Whether or not other compounds are reduced is irrelevant, as they are not reduced to dht. You mentioned that deca is reduced to dhn, which is less androgenic. This means taking finasteride with deca will have a reverse effect. I know exactly what I'm talking about bro. If you'd stick to the topic of hair loss, what I said about finasteride only working with test would make perfect sense, assuming we're talking about preventing hair loss (which is indeed the topic). More times than not, eq will not harm your hair to any noticeable extent. The cases I have seen or heard of Eq shedding are most likely due to TE and not MPB. Dbol, although a derivative of test, does not reduce via 5ar, and minimally at best. Studies have also shown tren metabolites in urine which are not reduced showing that tren does not reduce either. You're the one with muddled info bro.
