I stared test e and wini cycle from 2 weeks I started feeling lump in my left nipple so I thought of starting exemestane during cycle. My question is should I stop taking test for few days and start taking exemestane or it is okay to continue with test? Need ur help.

why would you not start with it from the beginning of the cycle? you need to start it now... stopping test a few days will make no difference dude.. .are you sure you have any sort of clue what you are even doing? how old are you?

Hey dylanhemelli appreciate your help. I am 26 now. I wasn't know that I should start it in the beginning because it's my first cycle. I have stopped test now and winny as well, and I am taking exemestane 25 mg EOD. Is this okay ?

More stats man and of course what dosage you running, how much test e how much winstrol ? I hope you have done bloodwork before cycle, what are e2 levels right before cycle ? Also why you running winstrol on your first cycle ? First cycle test only around 350-400mg, more then enough to make really nice results.

Oh, I read wrong, I thought this is your first cycle Anyway wrote dosage here and also winstrol as kickstart is really bad option IMO.

I really can't understand why, with the sheer amount of info on just these two forums (never mind the 100's of others), you didn't know you ought to be using an AI. Back when I first started (1980) it was already an 'old wives tale' about waiting until you had issues before using an AI.

It's bordering on crazy (it is crazy I'm just being polite).

there is no black and white answer.. your gyno could get worse or it could get better

maybe just to be safe stop the test and up the AI until things get under control and run bloods

I would continue on with the test. If you start an AI right away your estrogen levels should balance out in a few days

From 4 days I am on AI feeling better now, lump size has reduced.

There is no safe dosage when it comes to AAS, I know many guys with huge estro problems on 250mg test per week.

Even while running AI, an old timer once told me to always have some Letrozole on hand as a "break glass in case of Gyno emergency" type thing.Things have changed a lot since then, so I'm not sure if this is still recommended.

AI's should be used from day 1. Not when there's an issue

Having letro on hand certainly isn't a bad idea. You won't need it if you are taking proper estrogen support throughout your cycle but having it on hand doesn't hurt

letro is a strong AI yes

It definitely works but it's way too strong to my liking. It will destroy you estrogen levels.
