Don't know him, but gyno surgery isn't uncommon, and is a fairly straightforward procedure.

you do realize there are so many plastic surgeons all over the world that do gyno surgery right? im sure if he specializes in it then hes good at it but its not as though there are thousands out there that do the same thing as well... im telling you this so you dont get ripped off price wise

Never heard of him but I've also never had a gyno issue in my life so not something I've concerned myself with
