Gyno surgery

Hey guys I was looking into gyno surgery and wanted to know if anyone has any experience? I just wanted to know how long you had to take off training after the surgery. Thanks.

After surgery it takes an average of two weeks to return to normal movement.

You should also wear an elastic waistcoat in the postoperative period, for about 30 to 45 days, in order to improve the adherence of the skin to the thorax.

Physical exercises can be done 30 days after removal of the surgical vest.

ive had the surgery... it was very easy... i was awake the entire time... it took me 4 weeks to be back in the gym... i started doing cardio first, just after three weeks... the surgery was less than an hour...
