Gyno Surgery in Dallas

I am meeting with Dr Wilcox on Thursday in Dallas to discuss Gynecomastia surgery. I live in Houston and found that Dr Wilcox was proabably my best option in TX. I am single and don't have anyone to travel with NY or VA. I have seen a couple posts on here about Gynecomastia Surgery with Dr Wilcox. What to expect ? or General Comments? Feel free to send me a PM.

I met with the doc yesterday and he said he does 60/year. He is going to use Ultrasonic Lipo and the price is $4800. Sucks I am going to be out of the gym for 4 weeks. If anyone has any input, I would sure appreciate it. Thanks

Man!!! Thanks!! I am from Houston and was going to drive all the way to Dallas until you posted. I did a little research on Dr Wiener and found a ton of good reviews on his gynecomastia surgery. I am going to call them now. If I had know about him sooner, I would have had this done months ago.

I called Dr. Wieners office to schedule an appointment however, they could not get me in until April (today Feb 25th) for a consultation. I guess I will go ahead and head up to Dallas and do the surgery with Dr. Wilcox.

I had my surgery on Friday. I am a little soar but overall I have been doing really well. The pain is really minor especially with the pain killers I have been taking. Even after I cutoff the pain killers yesterday, I am doing just fine. To anyone considering this surgery, I definately wouldn't consider pain a factor. Well, my chest is flat. There are a couple spots that are bruied up but nothing severe. My chest feels very numb to the touch. I have to wear my compression vest for 4 weeks which absolutely drives me nuts. I have read several other complaining about compression vests, but didn't see what all the fuss was about. Well, now I know. They suck. Trust me.. Going to start some light cardio in 3 weeks and return to weight training shortly after. I am very happy with the results thus far and can't wait for the swelling to go down. This is really really cool....
