Gyno on Test E + Tren E (blood work done, please see, help)

Hey guys, just finished 3rd week of Test E 500mg / week, Tren E 400mg / week. This is my 4th cycle, first time using Tren E (used Ace in the past and I never had any problems). 20mg / day of Nolvadex since the beginning.

Now, at the end of week 2 nipples started to feel a bit itchy, I can feel a small lump under each of them (right one hurts a bit and I can feel the lump a bit under my nip too).

Please see the attachment for the blood work, estrogen is sky high and progesterone is high too. From my research ... I should start using Letrozole immediately, do you have any recommendation guys?

I dropped the tren ... just did the first shot this week and last shot I did it with just Test.

I also wanna continue this cycle for 2 more weeks, just Test E and add either Anavar or Winstrol on it, from what I've been reading there's some people saying that Winstrol can help on gyno too, some people saying Anavar too. What should I do?

Forgot to say one more thing, can't edit the post sorry guys, if I lift my arms I can barely see anything ... lumps are VERY VERY small, problem is that the right one got a bit worse than 4-5 days ago, because I feel the lump now exactly under the margins on my nipple, even under the nipple if you know what I mean, which I didn't feel like 1 week ago.
 
Also started using Dostinex 0.5mg once every 3 days since the end of week 2. Forgot to say that. And I see prolactin is actually lower than the normal values.

Why are you using nolva on cycle to combat gyno? You should be using aromasin for ur ai and caber for prolactin. Also how are you experiencing this much elevated estro and prolactin 3 weeks in using long ester aas? Domething doesnt sound right. You also need to convert the blood test to english. Winstrol and anavar do nothing to lessen estro. You are showing you know nothing about aas. You need to do a lot more research.

the nolvadex is actually making your gyno worse.. not sure who told you to use it on cycle, probably gregg valentino lol..

if you hop on letro you will crash estrogen and feel like shit. but you might have to do it anyway

in the future run aromasin.. people are quick to blame tren for gyno but tren DOES NOT cause gyno lol.. it can cause lactating nipples, but that is only if abused. your issue is ESTROGEN related and the nolvadex didn't help
 
yes, nolvadex in this situation is definitely going to make things far worse.. you need to stop it immediately... joon brought up all the right points...

Stop the nolvadex immediately.

Start cabergoline 0.25mg EOD
Start aromasin 10mg EOD

I ALWAYS used Nolvadex on cycles and NEVER had any problems, it worked for me. But seems like for this combination, Test E + Tren E, it wasn't enough to prevent the gyno.

nolvadex blocks estrogen from going back into the pituitary glands, it will cause a huge rebound in estrogen

also when using a progestin nolvadex can upregulate receptors causing female hormones to rise
 
Update:
Started Letro saturday, took 1.25mg, same sunday, same monday, then since Tuesday I started taking 2.5mg / day of Letro.
Also, I kept the Caber, 0.5mg every 3 days.
Also took out Nolvadex since last Saturday.
Made the blood work again (after 1 week).
Estrogen is down from 610 to 282 pmol/L (normal range says between 41-159) - so it seems Letro works.
Progesterone is higher ... from 0.87 to 1.03 nmol/L (normal ranges says between 0.15 - 0.47)


Last shot of Tren E I did wednesday.
Last shot of Test E, saturday.


Gyno is not gone yet, it doesn't hurt anymore, just 10% from what it hurt last week.
But I feel the lumps a bit harder than a few days ago.


I will start the PCT next saturday (14 days after the last shot of Test E).


What do you think I should do guys? Should I take caber 0.5mg everyday or eod? Seems like Letro works, estrogen levels are half way down which is good, but seems like Progesterone got higher :(

Can you explain why B6 is please, Dylan? As in, bit B6? I used methyl tren 1mg per day pre-cycle and within 2 days my nips were like hooters! Never had lumps but puffiness on m-tren was insane! I assume its the progesterone. I never got on well with nandrolone years ago. Caber is v expensive in UK so I don't plan to run a progestin again!

And that huge rebound will still not cause gyno if you are still running nolva.

yes, i was talking about vitamin b6 and it can help control prolactin... caber is just a much stronger and more expensive option...

Cool, cheers Dylan! So what sort of doses would you recommend, bud? I seem to be prone to every side! But especially seem to get overnight nip puffiness with progestins like DECA and oral tren :-(

Ah OK, I thought the prolactin rose, also?!? I've read that the progesterone mimics the E2 hence the sides you'd expect with high E2!

Progesterone and estrogen are linked in females as they regulate their menstrual cycle.

In men, they are completely separate hormones.
 
Just continue on your letro until all sides of gyno subside. Drop your caber it's not needed.

Once gyno symptoms subside taper off letro onto something milder like aromasin and then follow a proper PCT.

This sounds like a pretty good plan.
