Gyno help plssss

I know there is a lot of forums and stuff on the internet about gyno and what to do, but I am not sure if I have gyno, my nipple is always puffy and and stands a bit out, but I can’t feel any lump and there is not sensitive feeling in my nipples, all normal, can fat make your nipple pointy and puffy, because I am very long and skinny but still have some fat, pls I neeed help here guys, I don’t want to use hormones that will mess me up and I don’t want to get surgery, any help would be much appreciated

Yes its called pseudogynecomastia its only just fat, I had it and it went away when I dropped body fat.

you can try posting a picture or go see a good doctor who deals with it who is HONEST. remember doctors make money from surgery, so that is what they will want you to do with or without gyno, so make sure you get multiple opinions.
