am i being paranoid if the lump hurts to the touch..
sorry if i keep posting on here, but im pretty convinced its gyno
- small pea size lump appears near nipple
- now hurts if i gently press my chest area

can someone please tell me this is NOT gyno :S

I dont understand how you got gyno in just a week in to your test e cycle, which usually takes 4-5 weeks to kick in, maybe its not test e that you got? I would get some arimidex and take 1mg ed if its really that bad. Better be safe than sorry.
