.5mg EOD is a "standard" dose but you may be more estrogen sensitive. Your arimidex may also be fake or under dosed. This is why blood work is so important here.

I'm doing my first cycle of testosterone enanthate
I'm dosing 250 mg twice a week for 500 mg total
I all so did Diana bold dbol 30 mg for the first 4 weeks

I've been using Arimidex half a milligram every other day
I developed a lump on my right side but there is no itching or swelling yet but they're hard bumps. What am I supposed to do now

I agree, switch to Aromasin and bloods will be the only way to tell whats going on and if your AI is shit or not.

Drop the Dbol and go Anadrol.
Dbol heavily aromatizes and apparently you are sensitive to that.

You could take Letro for a bit that should shrink that gyno right up and then add the Aromasin a few days before stopping the Letro @ 25mg/day.
