Gym worker is spreading ROID rumor. What shoud I do???

This dumbass little gym worker was talking to a girl about me and said that the only way you can look like me is if you are doing steroids. Well he didn't know the girl knew me and she got the word back to me. This was last week. Now this week I'm working out again and again this same gym worker is pointing at me and telling another girl that the only way to look like that is if you do steroids. Well when he said it, another girl overheard and told me. This is twice in 2 weeks. I'm thinking "WHAT THE FUCK?" Why is he telling all these girls this. It's none of his fucking business.
