Hello, I'm new to this, finally a forum for girls without guys! My boyfriend is obsessed with the forum "misc" .. I tried it once and the guys were horrible to me lol.. Nice to see there's one for girls on this one!

I'm 22 years old, I wouldn't call myself fat. Not at all. I've got puppy fat which is noticeable but I'm not over weight.. I'd love to be able to get rid of this weight. I'm starting the gym tomorrow.. Has anyone got any useful tips I could use to burn this fat?! I want it gone pretty quickly..

You've probably got a case of "skinny fat", which is the hardest thing to fix.
There's a couple ways you can attack this.
One would be a recomp where you'd eat at maintenance calories, lift heavy and throw in some cardio a few times per week. You'll very slowly gain muscle while losing fat. Newbies benefit most from this.
The thing with a recomp is that it's a sloooow process. Building muscle for women is slow enough as it is, I personally wouldn't go this route.
The next is cut, and then a bulk. What are your stats?
Either way, get on a lifting routine. At this point a full body 3x per week or an upper:lower split 4x per week.
 
I've tried clenbuterol as my boyfriend knows a lot about this, but it didn't agree with me, I admit I lost weight but I was constantly shaking, my heart would beat so fast and I could only get up to 1 tablet a day. Plus I've heard if you go down that route it's so easy to put the weight back on? Doing this type of way you suggested, do I need anyone with me to spot etc? I'm unsure of my stats however when I last did a complete check I was in the middle of adverge. It's just the fat on my hips, arms and bum as well as belly! I don't want to wait ages to loose weight.. What time of cardio do I need to do?

Do SW and albuterol have any nasty side effects? I'll get someone to do my pulse in the morning and let you know.. What's the best excersise to do also? X

No. They're virtually side free. But as far as exercises, that's why I need your resting heart rate. I want to be able to tell you what your heart rate target should be so I can give you at least an aerobic program. But hitting a certain heart rate using the karvonin formula is what I recommend my clients. Some people kill themselves in cardio and catabolize muscle without actually burning fat. Less is more sometimes with 💘💙cardio.

As a matter of fact, you "guys" should go into your settings and make sure you have your gender set to "Male."

2. Drink alots of water
3. Drink Green tea or Lemon water everyday
4. Eat Salad
5. Avoid Suger made products..

Must use cycling machine at gym time...
 
Girl - you have to train REALLY HEAVY. That's my opinion. I have the same problem on my legs - and that has been what has helped me. Ariella Pulumbo had a great quote, "if you train like a bitch you'll look like a bitch" (hope I got that quote correct)....... I don't at all mean that to be harsh but there is truth to it. I hope you do well!!! Kick some ass and kill it girl ❤️
