Does it increase endurance on weight lifting?
Example: someone could do 5 reps@100kg bench press then just from taking the GW they could do 1 or 2 more reps(after a few days of it ofc)
I know for certain that it improves running endurance. My friend swears by it but he didn't do weights when he used it and cannot tell. Someone else I know used it while on roids so it's not a fair test to know the effect.
It costs a lot to get delivered to me so I didn't fancy paying it without asking on here first. Thank you.
