So I was thinking that perhaps the reason I don't seem to be getting as much out of the GW as others here is because of when I dose it. I do cardio first thing in the morning (within 10 minutes of waking) so I dose the GW at night before I go to bed.
Should I be dosing it first thing in the morning as soon as I wake? I do fasted cardio so there is nothing in my stomach it should absorb pretty quickly but I doubt 10 minutes will do it - but still have to ask the question.
