aye man, your very lean only thing i noticed is on pic 2 and 3 from the top of your shoulder when flexing to the top of your lat, your armpits. lol. your right is much larger than your left. i dont know if its your actual arm or if the size difference is in your shoulder, rotater cuff area.


but besides that, very lean, back is amazingly asemetrical.. could use a little bit more size in the chest,,, but very clean very nice.... just work your left side a litte more when it comes to the arms.

I am at this competition wieghed in at 170 but that was after a day and a half of carbing up so the lowest I got was 164, but off esason I try and not go over about 15 lbs of competeting wieght. I am 5'5 and right now about 180 since i ate like shit for the past few days, I plan on competeing in many events nexct year more NPC and such..thanks for the suppoort guys
