you do the same every time you lift weights. the muscle grows back bigger and stronger. It doesn;t work exactly the same way in the sponge tissue but the theory behind is the same. And it works. After years and years of course.

I'd have to say, I can guarantee this works. I have pictures to prove it. I'm up 3/4" in length and 1/4" in girth after about 3 months. Check out mattersofsize.com or google Thunders Place like someone said. It is for real, people have been doing it for years. The average increase over a year is about 1" in length. If your huge than cool, if your not, then your lady has had better than you. My girlfriend noticed when I could barely fit at first. She's used to the size now, but its much tighter. Good luck.
