GUM addiction??????

Is it just me, or is anyone else completely addicted to sf gum? It's crazy and I dont even realize it until after about 10 pieces, mid afternoon, when my stomach is burning like an inferno.....between that, splenda, and sf syrup/alcholos, I'm doomed!

chewing gum makes hunger worse--your body gets the gastric juices flowing because it thinks it's going to eat. but I do chew it 2 times a day
