Guide on My first Test cycle

Hello
I finally decided to start my first cycle. Please give me your opinion about my first cycle.
Age = 25 year
Weight = 190 pound
Height = 6’3’’
Body fat = 16-19%

I am working out for almost 6 years on and off. I gained around 15 pounds in last 3 years. My testosterone level is on lower range when I had bloods test several times, so my doctor put me on TRT (Testosterone cypionate) 100 mg injection every week. I was on TRT for 4 weeks, my testosterone got to higher range on my new blood test; however I didn’t notice any change in my mode or strength, so I decided to go for a test cycle and after the cycle, stop TRT forever.

Cycle :
Week 1-4 = Testosterone cypionate 100 mg ( this was for my TRT now I am on 5th week.)
Week 5 – 14 = Testosterone enanthate 500 mg per week.(250 mg Injection E3D or E4D)
Week 5 – 14 = HCG 250 UI 2xper week
Week 15 = HCG 500 UI 2x In a week ( 1 Week rest only with HCG before PCT)
Week 5 – 15 = 12.5 Aromasin ED


PCT:

Week 16 – 19 = 100/100/100/50 (Clomid for 4 weeks)
Week 15 – 18 = 20/20/20/10 (Aromasin for 4 weeks)
Week 15 – 18 = Vitamin E ED

Your bodyfat is too high and you don't have enough of a base to run a cycle, stick with your TRT script which will take a longer than four weeks to work the way you want it to, maybe post up your diet in the diet forums to make sure its on point and theres a weight training forum here as well where you can get some excellent advice on your split....

Make use of these simple tools you didn't have before, get the best out of them, there's no point in running a half assed cycle which will leave you suppressed and losing muscle faster than you gained it, with a worse test level than when you started...

As I said I already started my cycle and I don't like to stop it right now.so please only go over my cycle ,and advise me for my cycle plan.My diet is not bad neither super good. I don't think my body fat is high ,my stomach is flat and I have visible upper pack.I think I am 17-18 percent body fat.I don't understand why you are saying my base is not good I am training for almost 6 years on and off and my weight is 190 pound which is not that bad.
 
You don't "think" you don't "understand"???

Yea you're 190 but at 6'3 17-18% bf, that's not much of a muscle base. If you were to diet down into the single digits you'd look sickly thin. I dont think im big at all and im 6'2, 225, 13% if that puts it into perspective.

Anyways, I'd take advantage of the trt opportunity presented to you. If you think you're going to run a cycle, gain muscle, then quit trt for good and keep all of these gains, you're wrong. Once your test levels drop back down after the cycle, your body wont hold on to the extra muscle. You'll lose it all and be back to square one. Run the cycle then afterward, drop your test dose back down to trt and stay on it. I don't understand why you would just quit and go back to your low numbers again. Im not sure you fully understand how this works. Flawed logic here

Why are you stopping your TRT? If your testosterone is so low that you have to be on TRT and your going to stop your TRT, what is the use of going on a cycle?

You also only have 160lbs at most for lean body mass at 16% bodyfat. Like Jbranken, your skinny as hell. To only have that amount of mass and working out for 6 years, your doing something wrong. Your just wasting your cycle if you can't gain more mass after 6 years. That's probably why your not seeing anything at 100mg/weekly either.

I'm 6' 2" and I have 180 lbs of lean mass with in my first 3 months of working out and that was with very low testosterone (gained 10 lbs of muscle and lost 15 lbs of fat with in the first 3 months).

You seem to only want to know if your cycle is good or bad. It's bad, because you need to learn why you couldn't make better gains naturally or just on your TRT. Your just wasting your Testosterone Enanthate

I weighted my self again today and I made mistake my weight is 200 pounds.please answer my question I didnt ask "should I start the cycle or not".I only ask to check it and see if there is something wrong with it.I will try to have 6 meals per day (high in protein ,and complex carbs) and working out for Min 3 times per week to Max 5 days per week.

The thing wrong with your cycle is its a bad idea to do it! Keep up your TRT, forget anything else until you're bigger and leaner.... I can't make it much simpler than that...
