Today I had a Vita Coco Café Latte (shot of espresso and coconut water with chocolate etc) before the gym. I though to myself just have 1/2 scoop due to the caffeine from the drink. Anyway I thought fuck it do the 1 scoop... crazy workout. I trained chest and tri-ceps and was like a machine. Full of energy and lifted heavy with very little rest between sets. The sweat was dripping from me and all in all one of the best chest workouts I have ever had. This stuff is really helping me progress
