if you do 2-4 it will 6 mos to a year. I would suggest five or more. Thats just my opinion. The longer you are on the better (within reason). If you can afford T4,GH,insulin, and juice for an extended period of time, you can keep your body in a powerfully anabolic state. This will make a large difference. You should stay on the juice for 10-12 weeks. You can do the insulin of and for 4-6 weeks at a time then take a couple weeks off. The GH will yield greater results after 3 months of use.
