I’m getting back in shape but it’s been about 2 years since I last exercised. I think my gym has group hiit classes and thought this would be better than lifting alone for fat loss right?
It depends on your personal preference. If working with a group helps motivate you, then by all means go for it. Some people prefer to work out alone or with one or two regular partners. Find out what is best for you, and best of luck!
