i used to get them from frantz. i wear the same pair that i used to compete in at 308 6 years ago. i now weigh 260. they are snug but dont draw blood like they used to. they are perfect for training dynamic squats and ME days.
For competition, I would recommend something a little tighter. It shouldnt take 10 minutes to get on, but it should be tight enough to leave grooves in your skin. They will make the light weights harder cause it will push you forward. You need to learn to sit BACK in them. When the weights get heavier they are more useful, but again you have to learn to use them correctly.
