Besides I didnt think I was being very rude, I said, "please clarify" because it doesnt sound very believable...

Anyway I am 215, probably 7.5-8.5 percent bodyfat depending on water retention, 6 feet tall, in a few months I will be surpassing 235 at what I estimate to be 10-11 percent bodyfat, and then back to around 225 at 8 percent for summer.
