hey funny thing, I'm sitting here reading as I drink a cup of Green Tea. Green Tea is very benefical and from what I've read about it, which isnt very much, it has many positive uses. here are some that I can remember:
-promote healthy gums and prevent cavaties
-I believe it prevents bad bacterial flora while increasing good intensinal flora
-EGCG, a very potent antioxidant
-cardiovascular protective attributes
-thins the blood
-lowers blood pressure
that is what I can remember for now, I think its great stuff, I'm going to go to the store or order an extract in pill or liquid form due to the fact that they have more of the active constituients, the polyphenols and catechins.
