Green tea....Revisited.

Veretta9 said:
Mr. X---the brand I am taking is by Spring Valley and SF are listed as:
Green tea Extract 300mg (Camellia sinensis) (standardized to contain 50% polyphenols, 150mg)

Green Tea 500mg

other ingredients:gelatin, silica, Dicalcium Phospate, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate

Also another question, should green tea be taken everyday like multivitamins?

I have tried the Spring Valley supplements and they always came out goof for me. So, I think you should be fine.

The ED use of the green tea is up to you. I would suggest using it daily if you're dieting.

The ones I've used didn't have it listed, but, again, there might be some that do.

it also has flouride which can make your thyroid ineffective...

the extract is more potent/without flouride/without caffine.

Actually, Caffine and Green tea extract have very synergetic fat-burning properties.

where do you get that it has flouride? when made with tap water? Yes.. tap water usually contains flouride...

true they do... but some people dont like the stim. also the amount of antioxidants in the extract are much more plentiful...

That's not the point; everyone knows the amount of anti-oxidants is high. The point I was making is that the two together create a synergy in fat burning. Most people on a diet discussion board would most likely prefer natural stimulants like that, rather than not.

damn you never let anyone have the last word... all that I was trying to point out is that if someone doesn't like the stimulatory effect of ECA or any other fat burner with caffine... green tea extract is a great alternative because it contains very little caffine.

(granted it wont be as powerful as the stim type... but there has to be some compromise)
