Green Tea burn fat ??

Does green tea help burn fat does any one on here drink green tea please respond as I've read in another steroid website that it helps burn fat ?? Does it ??
Ino it helps but to what extent any good reviews did it help you !!!???
 
How Does Green Tea Burn Fat?

Scientific research has shown that green tea can help in losing excess fat from the body. That is why it is one of the main ingredients of most of the weight loss pills and supplements available in the market.
The food that we eat is converted by our liver into a gel like substance known as triglycerides. These triglycerides are used as main source of energy by our body to perform various physical activities. The more we eat, the more triglycerides are released in to our blood stream and the excess of them is converted in to body fat which can cause various health problems in the long run. The polyphenols (especially EGCG) in green tea dissolve the excess triglycerides and prevent us from gaining extra body fat. The antioxidants and caffeine contained in green tea also signal our nervous system to release the already stored body fat in to the blood stream so that it can be used to fuel our body. Thus green tea makes us more energetic and accelerates our metabolism to burn extra calories.
 
As far as i know green tea is not a steroid.

Green tea is great antioxidant and helps in losing weight by regulating metabolism and burning fat. Green tea is great anti aging also and promotes healthy hair, nails and skin. So we add drink green tea in our daily diet plans.

According to everything I've read, yes, Green Tea does burn fat. But you have to drink it every day for that to be effective. I'd go with intaking it through a supplement of your choice. I tried drinking a glass of it every day, it just got tedious waiting for water to boil...

I'd recommend a brand/drink but I'm not sure what the forum rules are for that I'm brandy new here. I take it within my energy drink supp.
 
The caffeine helps to increase metabolism, the antioxidants help with preventing oxidation of important molecules in your body (increases you overall health). That's pretty much it. So I could see how it could help in weight loss (by promoting a catabolic state), but the other things may or may not be true.
 
The information here are easy to understand. I've been trying to lose weight and my old regimen doesn't seem to reduce my weight the way that it did when I started with it. I'll add green tea in the morning to help me with my poor metabolism. Thanks!
