According to everything I've read, yes, Green Tea does burn fat. But you have to drink it every day for that to be effective. I'd go with intaking it through a supplement of your choice. I tried drinking a glass of it every day, it just got tedious waiting for water to boil...
I'd recommend a brand/drink but I'm not sure what the forum rules are for that I'm brandy new here. I take it within my energy drink supp.
