If I am living on a college campus and the chicken they serve is 100% processed would eating 3 cartons of Greek yogert with my meals satisfy my protoen? My question is do I need meat in most meals or can Greek yogert do the job?
3 cartons has 54 grams
When I can I get off campus and eat chicken fish or beef but i just can't stomach the chicken they serve

Yeah, Greek yogurt is a solid source of protein and since its dairy it raises igf-1 levels, another good convenient source of protein is egg whites, you can by them in cartons at the store and you can just drink them out of a carton but they are better if you cook them, eggs honestly in my opinion are the best source of protein due to the fact that they have the highest leucine content of any protein

thanks man, so i deff dont need to be eating meat all day? And yes, i put egg whites in mostly all protein shakes beside post workout as i bring my protein to the gym... i never cook them tho...

Nah your good, I would try to get at least one meal of meat per day though but it is absolutely not crucial to be eating it all day, get some raw unsalted almonds or walnuts to eat with your eggs or greek yogurt though to make up for the fats you aren't getting from meat, remember fats are crucial to hormone production testosterone in particular

Yogurt has enough protein but not comparable to meat. So here are some other good sources of protein if these are available at your campus then you should consider them ...
Egg,
Mushroom, Peas, Spinach, Broccoli, Chickpeas
Nuts and Beans
