Ok I make on big pancake out of all this.

You'll need
2-scoops of protein powder(I use Optimum Choclate)

5mg creatine powder and 5mg Glutamine

1 whole banana sliced up into tiny pieces

and a few strawberries sliced up

1 packet of oatmeal, I like to use some type of flavored kind.

1 tablespoon peanutbutter/A few packets of Equal

Add water mix everything together till it's not to thick pour that shit into a pan and cook both sides it'll be almost like a stuffed pancake shits good and perfect for post workout.Add some sugar free syrup and jelly and your set>>

Don't go too crazy with the pancake recipes now. ;)

Seriously though, if I ever have the money to buy supps again, I'll definitely give your pancakes a try. They sound yummy.

I can't help it I love these pancakes plus they take about 3 minutes to make. And I hate cooking waiting to eat.I like to slap that shit together and skulf it down:p

no eggs, i thought u always had to use eggs, or egg whites when making pancakes.

How many of those do you eat? Is this you last meal before bed (other than a shake? My problem is I train until 5:30.....pound a shake and then have a hard time gettn down a meal an hour later...probably because I grill up too many veggies with my steak and it just bloats me.......made some turkey chilli to help maybe with the digestion...we'll see.......
