Their dealings arent on the up n up so he cant exactly take the dude to small claims court. This guy is halfway across the United States. My buddy has this guys phone number, email address, pictures of him, and his address. Give me some ideas to relay on to my buddy. Not organizing a raid or anything, just givin him some ideas. Thanks.

If their dealings were shady/illegal then the more you do to try to get back at this guy the more chance of the dealings getting exposed if law enforcement ever gets involved. Shit could escalate depending on mutual retaliation back and forth and shit.
Your best bet is to try and get the money back somehow or try to blackmail the guy into giving the money or something to that effect

Yeah, well this guy needs to get dealt with. He basically dogged my buddy out saying he was stupid for dealing with someone he barely knew and said he spent the money on bills. I told my buddy he was dumb for not knowing this guy before he dealt with him, but regaurdless of that point this guy needs to get fucked over. Say my buddy did call the cops and this dude had the product at his house. This was a one time deal for my buddy and his house is clean. What proof do they have my buddy did anything? What if he found out where this dude works? Could he call and say something to the dudes boss to get him drug tested? Lets hear some ideas, i know there are some devious people here.

I just ran into a buddy of mine the other day. I told him I ran into a mutual friend of ours days before. I had no idea that my friend stole his car from him and crashed it. He trusted him in a dumb situation sort of like this and got burned. My friend got really angry when I told him that I saw him.He asked me if I knew where he was living as he just moved out of DC. My other friend who stole his car played it off like it was no big deal, I honestly wasn't really listening to his story that much when he told his version of the story a few days before. They were closer friends with eachother than me, but I know them well enough.

I dont know about your buddy but if someone owed me 13 grand and I had their address I would be sitting in his living room drinkin his beer porkin his wife kicked back waiting for him to get home to start the surprise party.

If he couldnt find 13k worth of goods within 15 miles from where he lives he doesnt have the right connections and shouldnt be puttin his hand in that pot
