Well...I glanced at part II and immediately have a problem with doing forearms between sets of biceps.
 
I've tried it. Phases I and III were great; after coming off a HIT-inspired routine, I got some of the best pumps in my life doing that high-rep, high-volume stuff. Phases II and IV weren't nearly as effective, and I had to shorten both due to the fact that I have previously had overuse injuries in my elbows and wrists and I felt that they were coming on again... both phases II and IV struck me of overtraining, in other words. My gains weren't that good (I added maybe .3"), and I definetly lost some size in my legs and delts. (Though funnily enough, I lost no size on my back or chest...)
