grapefruit for healthy skin

How good is this fruit for acne guys? I have seen good reviews about cleaning skin acne, I have very bad skin and not even medicine has helped, if this fruit really helps how often and how much to consume? thank you.

Unless you live in the gutter and have only pennies to live on (which given that you're online I doubt) why not go buy some, use them and see for yourself.

it is very acidy on the skin so i am guessing that would help your skin's ph level

that is my only guess. most people use salt baths or swim in the ocean to dry their skin though, that seems like it would work much better
