well thats is true.. wife lost some weight with this grapefruit thing.. she would throw in the grapefruit whole with the peel on.. tasted bad for the first few times but youll get used to it..the secret is in the peel..
it may help slightly but if you are exercising and eating good food you should be losing a healthy amount of weight anyway.. Remember fad type diets based solely around grapefruit will make you lose weight because you are starving your body of everything else it needs. I think a balanced diet always works best and fruits including grapfruit are always apart of that
