Has anyone tried this as a diet aid? This was suggested to me by a doctor as a natural antibiotic and it works great without the side effects. Taken orally 1 - 3 times a day it reduces the amount of yeast in your body, helps with carb breakdown and when combined with Vitamin C it is one hell of a great system booster.
