just wondering what everyone thinks about granola bars (nature valley) i eat about 1 pack aday 2 bars they have 12 grams sugar low3 fat and i think like 40 grams carbs te only thing i dont like is the sugar content but these had the least amount compared to others, does anyone have any suggestions for brands all replies are appreciated thanks

Well depends on your metabolism, activity level and goals. Like if your getting ready for a contest or some pics...you probably wanna come in tight. Lose any extra fat, ya know? But if your cruisin' and just maintaining your body wieght or bulking I think the extra sugar is not gonna do to much harm. Though processed sugar (which those have) is never really good for you. As far as different brands, you might wanna ask Georgie.

You would think he had after his farwell thread but he is still posting...like the post whore he is. In fact he defended his granola binge post last night and went on to tell us all how his diet is in check 24/7. ;)

i am leaving as soon as my situation call for it. i dont wanna leave but i have no choice.

i use quaker brand btw, low calorie and low sugar. if you eat 1 whole box thats like 1200 calories total. 100 grams of carbs..no biggie..it sounds worst than it is

Just curious ... what are your stats? I agree 1200 calories ain't nothing if your nutrition is otherwise ok and you train hard. My bodyfat % is about 9% and I can easily eat 4500 calories in one evening!!! but then i train very hard and carry lots of muscle
