I'm doing the following over the next 10 weeks just to have fun ... just to get bigger. Maybe 235 at 6 ft tall. Like to see a lot go into legs and arms. Chest and back can just go along for the ride.
Each Thursday am and Sunday pm:
50 mg test p
100 mg test c
100 mg npp
0.25 a-dex
Each day:
5 mg naps with each of 4 main meals
EOD: 1.25 iu HGH
Grand total of 100+200+200+140 = 640 mg
Few sides if any. Pleasant surprise.
10 pound gain over the first three weeks. Lot of water, but that is OK. My joints were crying and now they don't.
