I'm finishing up my 3 weeks this week and I have gotten a lot stronger...didn't cut up like I thought I would but strength is through the roof
3-4 weeks on and 3-4 weeks off is how I took it...but no more then 4weeks on bc of your liver

I ran 500mcg, then ramped up to 750mcg and back down to 500mcg....
I got a lot stronger...didn't cut like I thought I would but my bench went from 295 to 330 in 3 weeks...I think that's decent
