It depends, but I suppose the responsible thing to say would be 50mg twice a day. :)

I wouldn't recommend the 200mg/day for very long though. Especially with this GP drol. 200 is for more advanced users (and I don't mean the "advanced" guys that are 6 ft. tall and 190 lbs. with 5 cycles under their belt :rolleyes: ). The 200 should be tapered down to 100/day over a couple weeks as other drugs kick in, then ride out the 100/day.

I had something else all typed out, but decided not to post it as there are bound to be the 6'/190 lb. twigs out there who think, "he can't be talking about me," or worse...the brand newbies who think they can take anadrol at 200+ mg/day.
 
I love Geneza!! U hear nothing but good about their products. I do hope the quality lasts forever and doesn't come to an end like other labs in the past... :(

Here's how I usually run mine

100mgs/day week 1-2
150mgs/day week 3-4
200mgs/day week 5-6
100mgs/day week 7-8

Don't be a hater as I post this...

But I'm a paraplegic so I can take a single 50mg dose ED and get great gains. I just don't take it for more than 3 weeks due to the toxicity.

drol is very hepatoxic. Younger guys might be able to take 7 to 10 weeks of anadrol, but I wouldn't even recommend it then. I think 2 to 4 weeks of drol is perfect.

Three weeks is enough imo. Drol is no joke.
