I eat approx 320g + of natural oatmeal per day (dry weight) and love every bit of it.

I like Cinnamon Toast Crunch too. The one I eat all the time is Life with a little bit of sugar in it. My alltime favorite is Smores. Do you all remember that cereal? I don't think they make it anymore, do they?

They had S'mores cereal and I missed it!? Shit! I guess I could make my own w/Golden Grahams and Marshmallows , but dammit. That stuff sounds great.

Hey brother, hows everything going? Same Ol' here. I just recently joined this board, i like it. =W=, fron the old board is also a member.

As for the new AE board, i quite havent settled in either. Its a hassle to try and keep up w/ posts. Hope fully some changes will be made because i dont plan on giving up on it.

Whats up fellas, It's an old AE reuinion in this thread. I gotta agree with CON on it being too hard to keep up with posts over there. I miss a lot of the content at AE but I find that it isnt worth it to go over there all the time, be intrigued by a conversation, and then lose it in the shuffle. Once they fix it so replies bump topics back to the top I am deffinatley going to start going back more frequently.

BTW, =w= Met-Rx's Protein Plus vanilla sucks big time... I now have a whole jug to finish off..
