Got Squat? Check out this pic...

shit!

If you were that guy wouldnt you have at least tried 1042?

do you think he could have done it, watching the video?

man, he's only 220 lbs too!! shiit.

Just out of interst, how old are you now? Ok I found it in a previous post......16 and squatting 320 at 200lb. I'm guessing that you will add a good 20lb in bodyweight before you hit 19. So thats a 660 squat ass to the floor? Not parallel....ATF. No equipment. When you do it get a video.......I wanna see this one.

I was always going to have 20 inch guns before I became 18.......didnt happen :) Now I dont want em anymore.

Point being, its easy to shout about what you'll do in the future.....and how you'll do it better than anybody else. That guy is out there doing it already.

Actually I now squat 325 at a bodyweight of 187, no socks no shoes no shirt, definately no belt wraps or suit. I just turned 16 about 2 months ago. And I say 325 cause thats all the weight at my house. When I get some new plates I'll get back to ya.

In which case you broke the IPF sub-junior powerlifting record, whilst going deeper than necessary.

What equipment did you use?

How much do you squat now and at what bodyweight?

Excuse the questions......you wouldnt believe how much some people exaggerate when it comes to how much they lifted last night in their backyard :)

rich197: you should come lift in australia.

you have broken the record in your age and weight division.
the age division above that as well, plus the weight and age division above that.
